Fred is the visionary founder and managing director of Bijou Equities LLC. With a distinguished career in the real estate industry, Fred brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success. Before founding Bijou Equities, Fred successfully acquired value-add multifamily properties in Philadelphia, PA, and Boston, MA. He not only identified and capitalized on high-potential opportunities but also oversaw extensive renovations and repositioning efforts, enhancing property values and returns. Prior to his acquisition ventures, Fred served as a Director at the Investment Sales brokerage TerraCRG, where he led a team focused on the sales of multi-family and mixed-use buildings in Brooklyn, NY. During his four-year tenure at TerraCRG, Fred personally facilitated the sale of over $300 million in real estate, earning him recognition as one of Commercial Observer’s top “30 under 30” real estate professionals and a feature in the NY Real Estate Journal’s “2019 Ones to Watch” in Real Estate. Fred holds a degree from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College, where he honed his skills in finance and real estate. Known for his strategic thinking and unwavering dedication, Fred is a respected member of his community in Brooklyn, NY.
